Buzzers Ready? 
  This year Wilson’s PAC team tried a new approach to  practicing for their matches.  As a scrimmage match the  four members of Wilson’s  student team played against  four faculty members. The  team captains, Lorrie Rubino,  Beth Jordan, Trudy Tam, and  Todd Tabor played against  Mr. Fisher, Mrs. Gonder,  Mrs. Wall, and Mrs. Durham.  Although the team captains  lost, it was a valuable experi- ence. 
  The sponsor was Mrs. Si-lvasi.

   The National Honor Society started off the year by electing new officers. Lorrie Rubino was elected President; Trudy Tam — Vice President; Beth Jordan — Secretary; Melinda Lewin — Treasurer; and Lisa Davenport — Historian. Michael Boone and Melinda Lewin were Mr. and Miss National Honor Society for Homecoming 1992. The National Honor Society participated in the North Pole Hot Line at City Hall in December. They also tutored students during the year who needed help in their studies. 
  In March, the National Honor Society inducted its new members for the 1993- 1994 school year. A reception was held after the induction  ceremony. 
  Mrs. Temple is the sponsor  for the National Honor  Society.

The Spanish Club went door to door during the week before the winter break singing Christmas carols in Spanish. The group brightened every-one’s spirits!
